Yes of course, you can cancel the order before it gets dispatched. Please make a note that the refund process will be done in 7-10 business days. In case, cancel button is not visible to you, it may mean your product is packed/ dispatched.

Once the order is confirmed, it would be
dispatched within 5 working days.
For this instance, we sincerely apologize on what happened. Usually orders are
cancelled automatically because the product gets out of stock or some
delays on our part internally.

No, a credit note can only be used for an offline/in-store purchase.
Yes, that is possible. Just make sure to carry
the proof of payment/receipt or the invoice with you.
This issue can occur due to errors in the payment gateway processing while
making the payment. We will be refunding you automatically within 48 hours.
If the refund hasn't been process within 48 hours, you can contact our Customer Care team.
Currently we only offer the option of online payment using the payment gateway. We
don't do COD/Cash on Delivery.
There might be a temporary issue with our delivery partners due to which we may
not be able to ship the order to your area. We will open the delivery as soon as the issue is resolved.
Personal Hygiene products cannot be returned due to safety related reasons.
For all other products the return policy will be included in the terms and conditions section.
The return window is open for 30 days from the delivery date.
